Becky Muller is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, offering counselling services for children, teens, adults, and couples. She creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Her work is grounded in patience, authenticity, and genuine care.
 

Becky supports clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She works collaboratively with clients to build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
 

Her approach is personalized and goal-oriented, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. She is committed to ongoing professional development and uses evidence-based techniques to provide high-quality, individualized care.
 

With over sixteen years of experience in the school system, Becky brings a deep understanding of child and youth development. She has training and experience using play-based therapeutic approaches to support children with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence.
 

Based in Armstrong, Becky offers a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family on their hobby farm, exploring nature, bird-watching, kayaking, hiking, practicing yoga, and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
